Our District Managers are responsible for planning and leading activities within their assigned area to make Harbor Freight the best place to work and shop.

As a District Manager at Harbor Freight, you’ll be responsible for regularly visiting and overseeing 10-13 retail store locations in your district, which means you’ll be the driving force behind their operational performance, Associate engagement, and excellent customer experience.
