What should I wear to an in-person interview?

We recommend dressing clean, neat, and customer ready. A polished yet comfortable look helps you make a great first impression.
Appropriate interview attire includes:
• Jeans or chinos
• A collared shirt or blouse
• Closed toe shoes
Choose clothing that fits well, is wrinkle free, and allows you to feel confident and professional. When in doubt, it’s always better to be slightly more polished than too casual.

What should I wear to an virtual Interview?

For a virtual interview, the same clean, neat, and customer-ready, business casual approach applies—especially from the waist up.
Here are a few tips to help you look polished on screen:
• Wear a collared shirt or blouse (solid colors tend to look best on camera)
• Avoid busy patterns or logos that can be distracting
• Make sure your clothing is clean, well fitted, and wrinkle free
• Choose a quiet, well-lit space and position the camera at eye level
While you don’t need full interview attire head-to-toe, dressing professionally can help you feel confident and interview ready.
