While other companies celebrate Associate Appreciation Day on Friday, March 7, we choose to celebrate our championship team all year long and designate all of March as Associate Appreciation Month. Throughout the month, we’ll be expressing our gratitude with a special gift and many activities designed to celebrate your dedication, your remarkable spirit, and your commitment to our values.
Thanks to you, our sales have reached record-breaking heights, and we’re continuing to roll out terrific new tools every week. While we remain cautious as we experience new tariffs and prepare for other potential challenges, we’re confident that our championship team will meet those challenges and help us rise to even greater heights. Your efforts have made it possible to transform a small family mail-order business into America’s #1 tool store with nearly 1,600 stores and 30,000 Associates across 48 states and Asia.
